Getting started

Start Here

Watch the short walkthrough below, or follow the written steps. It takes just a few minutes from start to finish.

Step 1

Create your account

Choose Continue with Google or sign up with your email and a password. If you received an invitation email, tap the link inside it to set your password and finish your details.

Step 2

Complete your forms

Before your first session you'll be asked a few intake questions and, depending on the service, a consent form with a signature. Everything is saved to your account, so you only fill it out once.

Step 3

Request your session

Pick a service, choose a date and time that works for you, and add anyone else joining on the same day. Your request comes to me for confirmation, and you'll get an email once it's approved.

Step 4

Arrive or join online

In-person sessions include the address, and virtual sessions include your meeting link. You'll also get a reminder before we meet, plus a receipt after payment.

Your first visit

What actually happens, start to finish.

If you have never had a session like this before, here is the whole thing laid out, so nothing about the day is a surprise.

  1. 01 · A few days before

    Your forms and details arrive

You'll get a confirmation email with the date, time, and either the address or your video link. If there is any intake or consent paperwork left to do, there's a link to finish it from your phone — it takes a few minutes, and you only ever do it once.

  2. 02 · The day of

    Settling in

Wear soft, comfortable layers and give yourself a few unhurried minutes beforehand if you can. For an in-person session I arrive with everything needed and set up the space; all you provide is a quiet room. For a virtual session, find somewhere you can be undisturbed, with a place to lie down or sit supported.

  3. 03 · First 10 minutes

    We talk before we begin

We start with a short conversation about what brought you in, how you have been feeling, and anything your body is asking for. There is nothing you need to have figured out in advance, and no right way to answer.

  4. 04 · The session

    The work itself

Depending on the offering this may be hands-on bodywork, guided breath, energy work, or ritual — often a blend. You stay clothed for hands-on work unless we have agreed otherwise, you are draped throughout, and you can ask to pause, change, or stop anything at any moment. Sessions are not recorded.

  5. 05 · Last 10 minutes

    Coming back

We leave room at the end to land rather than rushing out. Many people feel tender, spacious, tired, or unusually clear — all of it is normal. Bring a notebook if you like to write things down while they're fresh.

  6. 06 · Afterwards

    Payment, receipt, and what's next

Payment is by e-transfer or cash, and gift cards can cover all or part of it. Your receipt is emailed to you and saved in your account. Drink water, keep the rest of the day gentle if you can, and book again whenever you're ready — you can always reply to your confirmation email with questions.
